The Club Meeting
A typical Toastmasters Club meeting lasts for approximately 2 hours and consists of three to four basic parts:
- Prepared speeches: During this portion of the meeting, several members' present speeches based on projects from the Communication & Leadership Program and Advanced communication and Leader ship Program manuals.
- Evaluations: A fellow member orally evaluates each prepared speech in a helpful and constructive manner using given evaluation criteria. In addition, the evaluator prepares a written evaluation for the speaker, and all members are invited to submit written comments to the speaker, too.
- Table Topics: In this segment, members not otherwise scheduled as program participants have an opportunity to present one to two-minute impromptu talks
- Business Meeting: Is conducted to handle club affairs. It provides an opportunity for members to practice parliamentary procedure and leadership skills.

Next meeting : The Club has two meetings a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. Our meetings are conducted at TCA (Telugu Cultural Academy )behing Gulf Times Doha- Qatar, from 7:00 PM to 9:10 PM.
